Frequently asked questions
Cloud service information and policiesWhat does each plan include?
The displayed configurations list compute, storage, native IPv6 and 1, 2, 4 or 8 TB of monthly traffic by tier. The 1 Gbps figure is a configuration reference; per-VPS rates and traffic rules remain to be confirmed. Public IPv4 is optional.
How does public IPv4 and extra traffic work?
Public IPv4 is optional. Select one extra traffic pack to add to the displayed traffic allowance. Prices are not currently displayed.
What do I need for a BGP VPS?
BGP is listed for BGP VPS configurations only, with one session per tier and an optional additional session. Any future announcement requires verification that you are authorised to announce the relevant prefixes.
Is the 1 Gbps access dedicated to each VPS?
The current upstream access is a 1 Gbps Flatrate. The per-VPS rate limit and whether capacity is aggregated across VPS instances are not confirmed yet. The figure should not be read as a dedicated 1 Gbps guarantee for every VPS.
How is monthly traffic measured and enforced?
The measurement direction, reset date, quota handling and traffic-pack fulfilment are still being confirmed. The displayed allowances are configuration references only; Cloud ordering is not open.
Are VPS prices available?
VPS prices are not currently displayed. Ordering and payment are not open.
Can I order or pay now?
No. Cloud ordering and payment are not open, and this page cannot activate a VPS.
Which data centre is intended?
WIIT AG is the planned location for these configurations. No capacity is reserved or VPS activated through this page.
